Conflict Management Services
As a private mediator, arbitrator, and consultant, Patrick J. Mastronardo is an experienced provider of conflict management services relating to business, families, and the care of the elderly. He is certified by The Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil, County Court, Family, Dependency, and Appellate mediator; and is qualified as an Arbitrator in the courts of Florida.
Pat’s practice includes mediation of disputes on behalf of Florida state agencies relating to the environment, vocational rehabilitation, HOAs, mobile homes, and condominiums. Also, by Court Order, cases relating to residential foreclosure, dissolution of marriage, dependency, and debt collection. In the past, Pat had been a Court appointed Parenting Coordinator in Orange County in twenty high conflict post-divorce cases, and a volunteer court advocate for victims of domestic violence. He presently volunteers as a Guardian ad Litem for abused and neglected children in Seminole County.
Pat serves on The Florida Supreme Court’s Mediator Ethics Advisory Committee and is a pro bono participant in The Florida Bar Grievance and Fee Arbitration Program. As a member of The Florida Academy of Professional Mediators, he has been a contributing writer to its quarterly publication.
Prior to moving to Florida, Pat acquired extensive business experience as a New York attorney, Wall Street commercial banker, sole owner of an international business, corporate CFO, and an independent financial consultant. He earned JD and BS degrees at Fordham University.
