With over 44 years of active practice involving state and federal diversified trial experience in all types of civil litigation, the last 31 years being in Palm Beach County, Mr. Lauer has represented both claimants and defendants throughout his career, Prior to beginning his law practice, he proudly served as a Captain in the United States Army Adjutant General’s Corps. He is a Circuit Civil Mediator certified by the Florida Supreme Court since 2011.

Mr. Lauer has extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts and before the American Arbitration Association. His trial experience covers a wide spectrum of matters, including contracts and commercial disputes, injunctive and equitable remedies, breach of fiduciary duty, probate litigation, fraud, creditors rights, defamation, enforcement of restrictive covenants, employment claims, real estate disputes, and breaches of commercial leases.
