LUCILLE C. FONTAINE, JD has over 20 years legal/mediation experience including business, employment, real estate, personal injury, family law. She is licensed by the State Bar of California, the Ca. Dept. of Real Estate and is a Harvard Law School Certified Mediator. Lucille has mediated Superior Court Civil and Criminal disputes and private sector matters. Her diversified credentials include capacities in the corporate world and airline industry.

PAST AFFILIATES include the Beverly Hills Bar Assn. Trust & Estates Section, the Real Estate Law Section, the Business Law Section and the American Bar Assn.

She was selected as a California State Bar Delegate, a judge for the Pepperdine University Moot Court Competition and has been a committee member for the Southern California Mediation Assn. Annual Conference.

Lucille earned her AA & BA degrees on scholastic scholarships from Vernon Court College – Newport, Rhode Island and Chapman University in California. She is a member of the National Honor Society and the Rhode Island Honor Society. Lucille holds a Doctorate of Law degree in addition to a Harvard Law School Certificate in dispute resolution. She is certified by the Los Angeles County Bar Assn. Dispute Resolution, has a management certificate from UCLA, studied Labor Management Arbitration Mediation with the American Arbitration Assn. and advanced ADR with the American Bar Assn.
