Exciting news! The Dispute Resolution Center (DRC) has created two OSCA spotlight videos that provide information on court-connected mediation, specifically An Overview of Florida Mediation and How to Become a Certified County Court Mediator. The videos are three minutes each and feature Chief of ADR Susan Marvin and Senior Court Operations Consultant Kimberly Kosch. They are housed on the Florida Court’s You Tube channel. Please share or post them as you deem appropriate.
