Lori Ann Lovgren

Ms. Lovgren started Path to Resolution, LLC after a 25 year career in the insurance industry, to provide arbitration, mediation, consulting, and expert witness services. She is a Florida Supreme Court certified mediator (circuit, county, and family) and qualified arbitrator. She serves as a mediator for the American Bar Association, the Florida Department of Financial Services Alternative Dispute Resolution Program and for Florida’s Fifteenth and Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Alternative Dispute Resolution Offices, and serves as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Florida New Motor Vehicle Arbitration Board, and ARIAS-US.

Ms. Lovgren has served as a mediator or an arbitrator in more than 1000 matters related to insurance and/or business. In addition, she has served as an expert witness in two workers compensation cases.
