Allan J. Weltman is a Florida Supreme Court Certified County Mediator, Qualified Arbitrator, Family Mediator, Dispute Resolution Center Family Mediation Subject Matter Specialist, and has served as a County and Family Mediator in both the 15th and 17th Judicial Circuits for over 26 years.
Additionally, Allen is a member of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators and served as Treasurer of the Association of South Florida Mediators and Arbitrators for over eight years. Allan is a computer programmer and has developed marketing programs using internet technology for the past 20 years and is acknowledged as a Special Knowledge Individual and frequently lectures on internet technology and marketing.
In 1987, Allen decided to attend Florida Atlantic University, earn an Associate’s Degree in legal studies, and later earned a Certification as a Family Mediator from the same University. Adding a Degree in Immigration Law from Florida International University in 1992, he formed The Divorce & Bankruptcy Center, a well-known legal document company in South Florida for the past 25 years.
