Thomas E Colbert

Thomas E. Colbert, III is the founder and president of Resolution and Mediation Services, Inc. He is a retired, Florida Supreme Court Certified, Circuit Civil, and County Mediator, with years of experience in service to the citizens of the state of Florida. While employed with the Florida Commission of Human Relations, where he mediated hundreds and hundreds of cases. He has seen firsthand, the costly and devastating consequences of High employee turnover, low employee morale, conflict as a result of church hurt and workplace conflict, as well as the significant cost of even one allegation of discrimination, sexual harassment, and what it can do to the reputation, growth and yes…even the financial wellbeing of any businesses or church. Mr. Colbert is the founder and Senior Pastor of Citadel of Praise Church of God in Christ. He is president and founder of World Youth Ministries, Inc. a 501-C3 organization, founded in 1984. He is a member of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators, a past Board Member of the C.H. Mason Bible Institute of Tallahassee Florida, and the Tallahassee Community College Educational Talent Search Advisory Board. Additionally, Mr. Colbert is proudly a “Charter Member” of the Theta Sigma Chapter, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity (University of Florida). He has trained governmental agencies, businesses, and churches throughout the nation. Additionally, Mr. Colbert has traveled extensively speaking and training others to “Find their RAM in the Bush”!
