Howard R. Brennan

Howard R. (Randy) Brennan became a Florida Supreme Court Certified mediator in 2002 and now regularly mediate cases in Vero Beach and surrounding areas, and has mediated well over 1000 disputes to resolution. Their office can comfortably accommodate 2-4 party mediations, with room for up to about 20 participants.

Mr. Brennan is an approved mediator by the United States District Courts for both the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. He is an approved mediator by the Florida Division of Financial Services.

He has been appointed by the court as a special master. He has served as an arbitrator. He is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell and is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer. He is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit, County, Family and Appellate mediator.
