Thomas Waldbaum

Over 10 years ago I founded the Effective Conflict Management Group to facilitate the mediation and resolution of claims and conflicts internationally. I am a seasoned attorney and contracts/purchasing specialist with over 20 years’ robust experience successfully driving efficiency by negotiating, managing, investigating, resolving and litigating complex multi-jurisdictional matters and contracts at all levels with a persistent focus on results. Practical and detail oriented with a hands-on legal approach, my skills are supported by proven competency in rapidly recognizing interests and forging solutions of significant value in high growth environments. Specialized in these practices, I readily assimilate commanding knowledge of most forms of technology, corporate operations and cultural distinctions necessary to successfully detect, prove/disprove and resolve complex claims. Years of auditing across the largest entities worldwide in corporate offices, with government administrations, and inside engineering, development, quality control and physical production facilities have cultivated in-depth knowledge of organizations’ internal operations and transactions. This provides resourceful insights to critical issues and facts that are often overlooked. I have practiced at the heart of the world’s most complex high technology corporations in Europe and Asia – Sharp Corporation, Airbus-Safran, SAP, and in coordination with similarly situated entities. A unique resource of specialized and technical knowledge, I am equally capable in a court of law and an aircraft manufacturing facility. I have been a licensed and active Certified Mediator for over 20 years, and am currently certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a Court Appointed Civil Mediator where I serve the public interest as well as private business and individuals. Whether a matter involves international or local contracts and claims, electronics, aerospace and defense equipment, software, sub-contracting, machinery and manufacturing, Internet liability, real estate, retail, journalism and labor relations in these fields and others, my extensive legal and business experience are trusted and have proven reliable over a large spectrum of requirements. Most importantly, the significant value and advantages of this experience are readily made available for the benefit of clients’ interests.
