Jo is a Florida Supreme Court certified circuit civil and county mediator and qualified arbitrator and a public arbitrator with FINRA. As an attorney, licensed in Delaware and Florida, Jo has practiced law for 20 years, focusing on the areas of labor and employment, insurance defense, alternative dispute resolution, and human resource diversity and sensitivity training.
In addition to her law firm and ADR work, Jo owns and operates a successful yacht management company in Fort Lauderdale. Stanley Yacht Services, Inc. has been taking care of private yachts for over 15 years, providing year-round maintenance and project management services to discerning yacht owners.
Currently pursuing her PhD in Conflict Analysis and Resolution, Jo takes advantage of her precious free time answering to the beck and call of her bossy puppy, Franklin. Fortunately, she has some help in that area, thanks to her husband and business partner, Ben.
