
BIBI N. BAC, M.Ed., CFR.
Ms. Bac, worked for the State of New York, Department of Mental Health for over 28 years, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a master’s degree in Adult Education. She is a certified and licensed Mediator, Arbitrator, Investigator, Management Trainer and Independent Adjuster. As the former Director of Labor Relations and Associate Director of Human Resource Management, Ms. Bac advocate for New York State in the areas of Arbitration, Grievance Proceedings, Human Rights and EEOC Complaints, Worker’s Compensation, and Unemployment Hearings.
Ms. Bac's work experience also includes but is not limited to Investigating Patient Abuse and Workplace Incidents, including, Disciplining employees for conduct on and off the job. She has trained thousands of New York State employees in various management training programs including the “Arts of Supervision.”
One of Ms. Bac’s many achievements includes the Development of an Employee Handbook for two of New York State Mental Health Institutions which detail the facility’s rules and regulations and union /employees’ rights versus management rights.
Ms. Bac is the author of “ Transitioning from High School to the Workplace:” 2017., and The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly of Supervising the Workforce” 2019. Books are available at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Books A Million, Book Venture Publishing Company, and Outskirts Publishing Company.
For the past 15 years, Ms. Bac has been mediating court-ordered and private family and Circuit/Civil cases for the 20th Judicial District including mediating various insurance cases for the Department of Financial Services.
