(OI). • Six weeks- mediating a Dispute between the City of Toledo’s Law Department, Toledo’s Community Advocacy Groups and Members, of the Board of Realty (60+ people attended this mediation). This was a 10 year old dispute trying to reconcile the wording of a pending City Ordinance regarding Slumlords who owned or operated Multifamily Rental Units within Toledo Proper, but resided elsewhere. The Ordinance was ratified within Seven Weeks. • Dismantled a potential Class Action lawsuit (OI). • Investigated Austin v. Owen-Brockway case (OI); heard by the US Supreme Court • Authored and Created supervisory training video on workplace harassment for supervisors and managers published by WTOL TV-11, Toledo.
