Ms. Willner has an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell in excess of 15 years. She has been a Florida attorney since 1988 and a member of the Colorado Bar since 1998. In addition, she is a member of the U.S. District Court Southern District of Florida. Currently, Ms. Willner serves as an Investigator for the Mediator Qualifications Board. In her law practice, she specializes in real estate, insurance and corporate law. Her private practice is located in Aventura Florida. Ms. Willner is serving in a voluntary position as the President of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators Inc. (2017-2019). She is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Appellate, Circuit-Civil, Family and County Court Mediator; a Florida Qualified Arbitrator; and a U.S. Bankruptcy Loss Mitigation Mediator and a skilled Foreclosure and workout Mediator. In 2008, Ms. Willner was appointed as a Special Magistrate Attorney to the Value Adjustment Board of Miami-Dade County Ms. Willner received the same appointed for Broward County in 2012 and continues to serve in both counties. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Willner held a 2-18 and a 2-20 insurance license in Florida, together with a mortgage brokers license. The knowledge obtained through those endeavors has carried over into her law and mediation practice.
