<p>Mimi Turin has over 30 years experience at many different levels of local government, but her unique background gives her insight into the issues presented in labor and employment disputes, and all aspects of local government litigation. Having worked as both an entry-level employee as well as a manager in a major police agency before starting her career as an attorney, she is well-aware of the viewpoints and emotions on both sides of the table.</p> <p>As an attorney who has represented employees as well as management in all aspects of bargaining and litigation, Mimi is intimately aware of the destructive effect litigation can have on workplace morale and productivity, and that effective mediation can let everyone move on.</p> <p>She is intimately familiar with employment issues and law enforcement protocols.
