Phil Elliott, who passed away in November, 2021 at the age of 91. Phil was a distinguished member of The Florida Bar for well over 60 years. Phil was also a longtime member of The Florida Academy of Professional Mediators, Inc. Phil also served on The Academy’s Board of Directors for a number of years at the organization’s inception, when it was originally known as The Florida Academy of Certified Mediators, Inc. (FACM). Phil was a kind, gracious, thoughtful and humble gentleman, and I would look forward to seeing him at our annual conferences every year. He will greatly missed by all who knew him, and fondly remembered as well.
