Participants will engage in an overview of how to avoid stereotyping and cultural biases when mediating. The presenter will focus on teaching participants new skills to use when cultural differences exist and how balance their personal perspectives to ensure they do not interfere with the mediation process. Participants will learn how to identify different cultures and communication styles and how those styles impact the mediation process.
