Daniel J. Poterek is a civil litigator and transactional attorney in Miami, Florida.

Daniel is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell and was selected as a 2020 Top Lawyer by the South Florida Legal Guide. He has a perfect 10.0 rating on Avvo and was the recipient of the 2019 Client’s Choice Award. Daniel is a double graduate of the University of Miami. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in 2007 and his Juris Doctor in 2010. He is still an active volunteer coach and mentor for the Moot Court Teams at the University of Miami School of Law. He is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
